This is from an e-mail that was sent to DU-BRO Products President, Jim Broberg. We love hearing from modelers, especially when the message is like this one.

Mr Broberg,

At The AMA Scale Nationals in August I met Ed Bojan who was enormously helpful to me during the competition. At one point Ed asked me what Du-Bro products I used in my scale model. I hadn't thought about it before, but it occurred to me that I probably have more Du-Bro components in the aircraft than those from any other manufacturer. I am using your fuel tank, tires control system parts and countless hardware. I would guess that my competition T-34B is worth at least $15,000, so I strive to use the best equipment, building materials, and parts.

I'm attaching several pictures (see below) of my Beechcraft T-34B taken at Top Gun in Florida and the Nats in Muncie Indiana. It is exact 1/4 scale and weighs 41 pounds.

I think it was a great idea to have a Du-Bro rep at these high profile competitions. Ed's presence was welcomed by all the modelers at the Nats.
